Description of Duties: President & CEO

Mr. Portillo’s duties as President & CEO entail strategic management and operational logistics to ensure the daily operation of PCI is seamless and our projects are completed on time and within budget.  Mr. Portillo can also serve as a capable backup as a CQM Manager and SSHO.


Roger Pacheco Jr. – Project Manager/General Superintendant/QC Manager

  • Manages Quality Control program on projects.
  • Skilled in overseeing the manpower for all subcontractors to insure timely completion.

Description of Duties: Project Manager/Quality Control Manager

Mr. Pacheco will serve as Project Manager and Quality Control Manager.  Duties include reviewing subcontract agreements, reviewing CPM schedules, preparing Quality Control reports, preparing daily production reports, attending weekly safety meetings, and monitoring construction progress using the three phases of control.  Mr. Pacheco will supervise all field staff, including subcontractors and administrative assistants.

Percentage of individual’s time that will be committed to each project: 100%
